Program Descriptions:
Cardio / Recreational Kickboxing & Boxing:
These classes are designed with the beginner in mind. One who
wishes to learn the Art and use it to gain personal reward and
satisfaction because of the great exercise and conditioning that only
Kickboxing can provide. Workouts are designed based on each students own
level and pace, no sparring is required.
Novice Kickboxing &
Boxing:
These classes are designed
for those Recreational students who are now ready to make just a little
more of a commitment to upgrading the intensity of their workouts and
start to prepare for some light to medium contact sparring. At this
level attention to detail of technique is emphasized. Ring strategies are
discussed and incorporated into each student work-out
plans.
Amateur Kickboxing &
Boxing:
At this point the student shall have passed out of the Novice
Level. The focus of these classes is preparing the student for
Full-Contact Competitions in the Amateur ranks. Assisting with the
instruction of the Recreational and Novice Students.
Professional Kickboxing &
Boxing:
Training and preparing for professional prize fights. Assisting
with the instruction of the Amateur Students.
